Slowing down?

My rezound has been slowing down lately. I'm wondering if there is any way to speed it back up?

How do you do that?

You have to be rooted to do it, I think... Power down the phone, then hold the power and volume up key at the same time. Select wipe, then power button on each cache item only.

How to wipe cache partition on stock ROM: pull the battery and then power on holding VOL DN, wait for the menu to appear, select RECOVERY and press Power, the phone will reboot and sit at a screen waiting for software then will time out, when that happens press VOL UP+POWER and another menu appears, select the bottom option called Wipe Cache Partition and press power, then select Reboot System Now.
