SNES quickie

So I was able to dl roms just fine but. I have a quick question. When I unzip it there are so many files that get unpacked. Can I delete the ones that don't play or does it run along with each other?

I know what he means. Yes when you unzip it into all that other crap, just play until one works and you can delete the rest of them.
