Example of when we'll know, as recited by Tom Fleming:
As Halloween approaches, you will not fright
I will not rhyme this next line
Or this one either
But this one will rhyme with the first one tonight
And this one will rhyme with the 2nd line
Elect the stores of red and black
with poorly rhyme schemed poetry that's crap
for when you least expect it pure
verizon will please you
and then i rhyme this with sure
for the 29th day of november minus 26
is when this phone will release
Panda seems pretty sure it will release 11/3. but two sources (Phil at AC and Kellex at DL) have confirmed from VZW insiders that the release may be 10/27. given it's VZW, i'm betting the 10/27 date is pre-orders, and 11/3 will be the in-store release.

Yeah I'm confused again. The 10/27 release has it named the Samsung Prime, and the picture of the Cellebrite system has it named the Nexus Prime. Same phone? Different phones?

there has always been the possibility of 2 different devices - a bloated up, locked down, follow up to the Charge; and a pure vanilla android Nexus device. but, again, who knows...
The phone looks awesome, but I must ask; what makes this phone any better for everyday tasks than say a Nexus S, it doesn't have 3d does it??
Everyone piles on Apple for the "minor" changes to iPhone, yet everyone seems to be slurping up even less changes on the newest Nexus device!!!
I'm just wondering why this phone would cause anyone to upgrade early when it literally does nothing new. If your 2 years are up it makes plenty of sense....

The Nexus Prime is a major hardware and software upgrade! Haven't you seen the rumored specs? Haven't you heard it will be running ICS? I mean, sorry, I really just don't get your post.

I just returned the bionic a few minutes ago(all those bugs were annoying, i had tried 4 different bionics each with a different bug) and i hope with all my heart all this is true and it comes out before dec.
I wouldn't push the major improvement from Nexus S --> GalaxyDroidPrimeNexus as being ICS because then we would hear "Yeah, well the iphone 4S will launch with ios5"
