Something BIG is Coming - Nexus Prime Anyone?

A tablet dock would be mind-blowing!

Don't get too excited, though, as VZW would probably follow AT&T's lead and require a tether package. They'd almost have to as there would really be no way to justify allowing this while charging to tether other devices.

i've always enjoyed the post. I just never had anything to say about any of it. I really thought the bionic was going to rock , but I'm glad I passed. Hopefully this comes out next month . The OG is pretty much at its end. Love the little guy , but i think its time to put him down soon . Nexus prime is the way to go .

Not so sure about that. AT&T required a tethering feature to use the lapdock with the Atrix. Verizon doesn't require one to use the lapdock with the Bionic.

I bet people will complain about the 5mp camera but 5 MP's is plenty if utilized properly. I am hoping for a camera overhaul with this phone. We will see though.

Earlier in the thread someone said it was 2000mAH, which seemed reasonable, but 1750? 1750mAH with 4.65" screen, dual core and LTE? How long will the battery last?

Is HSPA+ better on the battery than LTE?

Dual core will save battery compared to a single core and I don't think the SAMOLED HD screen will take up too much battery but we'll find out on tuesday.

vigor will be 1.5 ghz...nexus will be 1.2. :( its like the og droid(600mhz) compared to Dinc(1ghz). Maybe the battery will be better in the nexus.... But im pretty sure vigor doesnt have nfc. ... Oh the possibilities.

Due to it being LTE capable, when purchasing this phone, are we going to have to buy a 4g plan or will we be able to buy it and just use it for 3g? I say this because I'm a broke college student >_>.

They don't differentiate between the two. The only time you would have to pay for a different plan is if you were going from a "dumb-phone" to a smart phone.

If oh currently have an unlimited data plan form Verizon then you will be grandfathered in with an unlimited 4g data plan. Of you don't have an unlimited dataplan then you have to spend $30 for a 2GB limit 3g/4g data plan. There is no extra charge for 4g but a smartphone must have a dataplan.
