Ok last resort install gscript from the market.take the data/data its nl.rogro.gscripts from my zip go to databases take what is in there and find the same file in your phone and overwrite it using root explorer.Remember to set permissions properly.You ran the zip again right and data was mounted?

Then your going to have to do it the hard way it doesn't make sense if your data is mounted (will say unmount if it is) then it should install.

yea i go back and make sure it is b4 i reboot but I will do it that way

If your having problems with the intsall/random reboots/not having the gscript app:

- Boot into bootstrap clockwork recovery
- CREATE BACKUP
- Wipe cache
- Wipe data/factory reset
- Mount system
- Mount data
- Install squidly's new rom
- Reboot phone through recovery while holding X
- Wipe data/cache through stock android recovery
- Let the phone boot up and do the Droid 2 innitial setup
- Let the phone re-download all of you apps
- Re-bootstrap to get clockwork recovery back
- Boot into bootstrap clockwork recovery
- Mount system
- Mount data
- Install squidly's rom again
- Reboot phone

Then you will have his new rom sucessfully installed with Gscript, no random reboots, and no problems.

Idk if anyone has found this combination yet but i would love to have new battery meter, lowered lock bar, and feedback still on the lock bar...anyway this is possible?

Yes, you can.. you'll have to dig around in the threads but I believe theres a services.jar you ahve to remove from teh .zip before install and 2 or 3 other files if im not mistaken.

it modifies the VM read up on it, its pretty cool im still toying with different swappiness settings and such.
