I do not think its doing anything since my battery performance has not changed. I will try a factory reset before a reflash to see if its clear things up.

Before you go that far, try removing the gmail account and then adding it again. Make sure there are no accounts listed.

I tried to remove the account but I got a message saying the only way to remove this account is to perform a factory reset.

Ya you can't remove your google acct. If it seems like something you can deal with I wouldn't stress it cause its not actually doing anything.

major issue with the battery life being only a few hours, also major FC on market and service is crapin out all over the place and ideas? I had to drop the rom just to sace my phone lol. back on 2.3.20

No. It will replace the battery icon with the nextheme one. The stock theme and nex theme are pretty similar though.

well tried again with full sbf, wipe date cach ect. still went from full charge to 5% batt in about 5 mins!! had major FC on market and g-mail out the door, hope you can fughure it out

i started having an issue the other day where the alarm clock icon won't show up on the status bar by the clock even though alarms are turn on. Any ideas how to fix?

it was also doing a reboot about every minute. im going to run with just a fresh sbf to make sure its not the phone itself. wierd was a champ with v 2.3.20 either way if i have to use old version its still the best hands down!

No problems like that here with 2.3.20.1 or 2.3.20.

Di you install over fission? That may be the issue if you did Jboxen had that same issue.
