I can not get into stock recovery. It simply goes to the boot loader screen every time.
I just tried the ezSBF. The process runs fine once its finished I'm back to my boot loader screen.
This is driving me nuts.

Jokerseven...don't think this has been asked yet...when you connect USB when it's in bootloader, does the bootloader screen change? IIRC it changes to say 'ready to program' or something similar. Since you aren't seeing any phone info in RSD lite, could be nothing is getting to your phone, hence no improvement after SBF.

Related to Jokerseven's issues, I think I remember a thread (can't find the bugger now) I think on XDA, about updating/fixing just the bootloader...anyone remember that?

I put the battey in & hit power only & get

Bootloader
D2.37


Battery ok
ok to program
Connect to USB
Data cable




I hold down X and Power & get the same thing.
after I SBF (RSDlite & ezSBF) I get the same thing.

Obviously the phone is showing up in rsd? So it's not a driver thing. You're using the full (not system only) sbf?

Oh yes the screen changes while I'm SBF'n. It says its programming and everything just like it normally does. But at the end where it normally reboots....no reboot & I'm back at the Boot loader screen.

I was just going to ask about the full vs system sbf. If you go to the 2nd link in my sig, there is a download for full sbf and system sbf. Grab the full sbf file, and make sure your using that. Also, use rsdlite 5.3, it's the most recent version. You can get that from here:

This guy sounds like he was having a similar issue. He uninstalled all of the drivers, all related programs, and RSDLite and reinstalled all of it, and it eventually worked. He also did the bootloader sbf, but unfortunately I can't find a link that still works to get you that file. You can still try uninstalling and reinstalling everything though, and see how it goes.
