[ROM] The CM7 Gingerbread ROM (CM4D2-GB) is now ready for prime time!

The issue with videos in portrait is not really an "issue" as much as a design flaw. Most of these camera apps are not designed to record in portrait, because they're designed to record in HD, which means wide-screen. It does bother me sometimes too though, because there are times where it would benefit the shot that I'm taking to be in portrait instead of landscape.

Yeah, I'm running the 12/07 build, and it's been great. Best battery life I've had in ages.

Only bugs I came across was trying to flash a font pack from ROM Toolbox. Weird error in cwr, some kind of zip file mismatch or old coding that had to be removed for gb compatibility.

Strange. I flashed roboto in the toolbox and it worked fine

Here's the details on the file Ldopa linked to. I think it first appeared in kabaldan's Milestone thread on XDA.

same as the official gapps-gb-20110828 with:
- Market (Vending.apk) updated to 3.3.12 version
- CarHomeGoogle updated to 2.2.1.4 version (it seems to fix some Sygic launch issues)
- new talk with audio/video chat included to make a single gapps update package again
- updater script fixed to be fully compatible also with odexed ROMs

The only one I see on goo-inside.me is labeled ICS & is 60MB.:eek: I haven't installed either of these, has anyone else taken the guinea pig plunge?
