I said this before, I know it doesn't make much sense, but I really am starting to believe VZW does NOT want this phone to do well because of it being a "pure" Google device. They make far less money off of it not being able to load bloatware on it.

That is very true. But they are still getting new 2-yr agreements. And that's where they make their *real* money. Especially if they get people to upgrade to a data plan.

I am at the edge of my seat and drooling just wanting to know the date. I hate the idea of having to wait longer, absolutely hate it. I feel like a nervous feeling in my stomach just thinking about when it might come out and having no real idea lol. Like a crack baby.

This makes sense. I hope it is the case. I just don't understand why Verizon would be so adamant about a soft release. Especially with such a major product like the Nexus! Might this be some kind of marketing experiment??? See how much the core Android community can push a product without any real advertising? Or, maybe they were dumb, didn't expect such demand, and didn't want to get caught with their pants down on launch day with shortages so they are hoping to "spread the demand out" by not actually announcing anything before its released?

Or maybe Verizon just likes being in bed with Moto? Is the Droid 4 getting released today like it was rumored? Maybe they wanted to give it a good weekend on sale before the Nexus came out.

I could go on with conspiracy theories, but I'll shut up for now....

I google searched for a Nexus case and the first three results were from this thread. They weren't helpful results for what I was looking for.... but this thread is DOMINATING search results for most things Nexus. dancedroid

As far as that song... you don't know true annoyance/pain until someone (girlfriend in my case) makes you watch the "so cute" 8 year old British girl on the Ellen DeGeneres show scream that song... some things you just can't un-hear...

I think the SQUUUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEL screaming when they met was the worst part. Yes, I am also forced to watch Ellen.
