In NH anything above 40 degrees is shorts weather. It starts getting "cold" at about 15 degrees.

That does sound like me. It is to cold if its below 70's. My problem is that i dont have any pants, only shorts so im already cold even if i wear sweatshirts.

I have worked in or around customer service for a some time, gone to seminars, done CS training, I would be far more likely to accomodate someone who just brought the phone back in without a list of demands. Yes it was the store's fault for giving it to him but the guy, atleast to me, kind of went about it like a jerk.

At the very least, they should have given him a loaner phone. They refused, so I don't blame him for playing hard ball.

Like Liderc said above, if the BB employee was going to lose his/her job, I definitely would have returned it. But they even denied that, and instead gave the "unfinished software" b.s.

Had a dream last night about it sadly, it's foggy now but it was something like I walked into Verizon and I had it in hand but they wouldn't sell it to me.

I'm good down to about 65 myself. Below that and I wear thermals and stay indoors.

On the other end, it's not hot until it's above 110. Below that is just a nice spring day. :biggrin:
