Gahhhhh. Where is my girlfriend when I need her.

We had a plan all set up on Saturday to try to get some info out of a manager. Our plan went that she was going to go into the store and find the manager, and get some small talk going about how she is a sophomore at the local community college. I told her to say that she was bi, and that her and her girlfriend were trying to find a guy for their committed threesome.

Needless to say she bailed on our plan last minute.

Not pessimists. Just going with the flow. Just throw out any type of reasoning for why 15th still looks good. Everybody will pep right up until the next person makes a point of saying something like "No way it's the 15th because Mars is currently coming out of retrograde which makes elephants more likely to migrate north, according to my brother who lives 5 minutes away from a Verizon retailer." Doesn't have to make sense or have anything to do with the phone's release at all.

So, I guess the term wouldn't be pessimists but, instead, would be....maniacs?

About being pessimists, at this point there is no such thing as being a pessimist in regards to this phone. No VZW didn't officially announce a date for the phone but we were DEFINITELY told that the USA would be in the first wave of releases for the phone. And now we are dead last. Each week VZW employees are told the phone is going to be released and then it's not. We have every reason in the world to be doubtful of any release date at this point. It's absolutely not being pessimistic, it's realism.

Im day dreaming of posting from my galaxy nexus tomorrow. Im going to be on the train tomorrow night for like 2 hours heading to a rehearsal dinner for a wedding. I need to pass the time with my #GalaxyNexus!!!!!!!!!!

I've never seen something more ridiculous in my life. They announce the White RAZR, the stupid pointless Xyboard (duhhhsadfhsd fsadffds doyy), and other things with no issues, but have not said a word about the Nexus in months, even after many heavily rumored release dates and actual receiving of devices to stores.

When do shipments of devices to the stores ever not mean the imminent and very soon release of the device? Oh, just with the Nexus, of course... of course.... The one phone I've wanted in 2 years, that's all. What a surprise.

Absolutely ridiculous. I'm so utterly pissed off. And I'm not even begging for the phone, I just want a word, information, a release date, a damn crumb to hold me over. Stupid company, I hope they go bankrupt and whoever makes these decisions becomes homeless.... well no I'm not that mean, only Verizon is.

I'm a little behind on reading posts, but this one made me seriously LOL. I'm sure people at work around my cube are like ....

and then I'm like :work1: the Nexus may be finally here!
