10 days! bring it on!

The 12th is the last day I can exchange my RAZR at Best Buy. The Nexus NEEDS to come out that week!!! And then hopefully the demand isn't that high and I get one after work on day one. I don't feel like driving from Best Buy to Best Buy. I doubt they hold one for someone trying to exchange and not purchase . Instead of pre-order I need a pre-exchange option!

The good news is... if the pre-order is going to start tomorrow... we will know by tomorrow! And if the pre-order starts tomorrow, you would think they would have to have a shipping/available date. So we should know in less than 24 hours if these dates are true. If they aren't... :furious:

You know, it's funny how these upgrades burn a hole in your pocket ... I have an upgrade available on an additional line - using my T-Bolt on my primary line. So, I by no means NEED a new phone ... but with all these shiny new devices coming out it's getting SO hard to resit temptation :blink:

Seeing as this thread will be close to 100 pages long when the phone is released (maybe even by the time a date is announced), I feel like we should have some sort of party when we all finally get our hands on the Nexus.

Honestly, if/when the Rezound gets S-Off, I think it'll be the best actual device on the market... get some custom ROMs / CM7/9 on there to clean it up a bit and it'll be a beast. Heck, just being able to freeze stuff will be nice... the screen on that thing is so nice. I never get caught up in screens, but this one is addicting. And yes I'm fully aware it's not as easy to view outside... ! :biggrin:

This is something I've never really cared about. I'm okay with covering the screen with my hand or turning 5 degrees to be able to see fine. The Rezound is a nice phone. Still a Nexus for me eventually but the Rezound and RAZR are very nice choices.

I definitely like the feel of the Rezound the best in hand(haven't held the Nexus yet), the red touch buttons don't do it for me though, not a big fan and I'm just too excited about losing hardware buttons altogether.

Since it's battery life ended up being pretty good, I think it blew by the Razr because of it's screen/camera. I do worry about the ability of these other phones getting updated to ICS quickly though and even if/when they do they still put their skins over the top, which kind of defeats the whole purpose.

Im caught between the nexus and the D4. The D4 is what i need cuz the keyboard, but the nexus is what i want becuase of my Rom and Flashing obsession. Ill go with nexus but i might buy a D4 as secondary phone a couple months from now. Ehh... or get a quad core thats got a keyboard. lol, so many choices.
