The Ultimate Droid 2.1.0 - Droid Only

I use ADW for my Home program. When I loaded up 2.1.0 I lost my settings and now have the UD ADW settings. Is there a way to revert back to what I had previously saved? I did try using the restore options but did not give back my old ADW screen and settings.

Yea, I had the same problem, but with an added feature --no other home application like launcher pro.. and couldn't use my Ti backup either for ADW, went back to 2.0 until I have time to work on it, yanno with Turkey day just around the corner. I'm still not convinced that the bluetooth is fixed in 2.1 and the other probs I alredy fixed in 2.0 so for now that's where I'll be till probably next week.........

I flashed a slayher 1.1 lv kernel and it ran good battery died kinda fast although i was listening to pandora but that was only for like 40 minutes at the most lost 30%. Wifi tether didnt work either with the 1.1 or the 1 ghz. So now im running p3 1 ghz.... anyone else....?

oh and the stock kernel worked fine i just need more speed....

I'm running jbf's kernel and loving it great battery life. Going to check wifi tether now

let me know how it works out. right now im running a sapphire 1.1 lv kernel, seems to be doing ok, temperatue isnt too hot, wifi works, just gotta see how the battery lasts with it...

I'm gonna try but I don't know if it will work as I've heard people have had problems pushing new frameworks on older UD versions Hope I can get it to work

This ROM rips. I flashed the chevy 1ghz kernel but the included overclock wouldn't go past 800. Switched to the 800mhz one since I didn't want to use setcpu and everything rules.

Awesome, I waited for the update to flash this. Running like a charm. Doesn't even need a theme added. I am still tinkering with the settings but so far it works great. The only problem i have come across is adding contacts through the add a contact, it wouldn't save the contact. Worked just fine when I added after sending a text and used the add to contacts from there.

You can remove it directly from ud settings...no need to hack

Gmail not pushing new emails

I have never had this issue before.I am not receiving my emails unless I do a refresh. My outlook works fine but not gmail. Anybody else with this issue?

I had the exact same issue. I flashed 2.1 last night to check it out and I flashed back to a stock rom this morning and I received like 6 emails all at once that didn't come through while I had UD loaded.
