I have never had this issue before.I am not receiving my emails unless I do a refresh. My outlook works fine but not gmail. Anybody else with this issue?

Make sure your gmail is syncing under settings>accounts and sync

I had the exact same issue. I flashed 2.1 last night to check it out and I flashed back to a stock rom this morning and I received like 6 emails all at once that didn't come through while I had UD loaded.

I figured it out. Under Accounts/Sync I had gmail checked but I actually needed to click in the account name and tell it to sync emails (it was unchecked, calendar was checked) it is now working.

Yup, that was it, my account was checked so I thought I was fine, but I actually had to go one level deeper and check email as well.

This is The One

After just loving UD 8.0 I was a bit disappointed with UD 1.0 because of the lack of LED colors and with UD 2.0 because of a number of issues, so I parked myself on another ROM for a while.
But UD 2.1 is just fantastic! there is nothing about it I don't like and no issues so far. This is a keeper for me! Hard to see a better ROM coming out any time soon, and when it does it will most likely by UD

Loving it, Blackdroid! I seriously have no complaints on this bad boy! EVERYTHING seems to be working just like it should!

I like a lot of the customization on ud 2 but i gotta say, no swype, the new rotary lockscreen and notificaton bar is kind of ugly. i Guess i can overlook stuff ike that though. still a great rom

I have a droid 1 with FROYO 2.2 FRG22D. Does this work with UltimateDroid? If not can some one point me in the direction of 2.2 FRG22D ROMs that work. Thanks

Yes! This is actually the same build...FRG22D so you'll be fine.

Ok the second time was the charm for me. Did a wipe and fresh install.everything isrunning fine including wifi and market. However, launche pro not working well so chose the udlauncher which is okay. Change d to chevy 1.2 uv kernel.

I think there is. I could not get my apps to auto sync after several tries with the file here, then downloaded the one from ultimatedroid and it worked like a charm.

I couldn't get the market to auto restore my apps either. That one worked for me too.
