I checked for the update this morning, and got it!
Downloading and installing now...

....aaaannnnndddd done!
Installation took about 5 minutes
Kept all my settings (of course)
Kept root (forever root)
Speedtest netted an extra few mbps (used to hover around 10, now it is around 16).

Camera still sucks! 4g has a huge improvement. 6Mbps down with 1.4 Mbs up before the update now 11Mbps down and 5.5Mbps up! Sweet! The buzz in the ear buds wasn't bad before the update and is now gone after. thats all I have tested so far but over all the update gets a B. Wish the camera worked better.

My neighbor told me to make sure all my apps were updated. I never updated Verizon video. Once I updated all the update was available. could just be coincidence.

I never updated Verizon video either, but I received the update this morning.

I feel like things are just slightly slower after the update. apps take just a hair longer to launch, for example.

Not 100% sure on this, but I believe the update wipes the Dalvik cache. So it might take a couple of hours for things to "settle in" - aka for the Dalvik cache to rebuild itself.

Really? I haven't updated FB and Pandora apps because they are causing everyone problems. Can that really be the reason I cannot check for updates on my device? Sounds crazy.

lol I know sounds stupid but I tried for about a hour this morning with no luck. updated and then Pow update available. I think its just Coincidental really.
