When I tried it hung on reboot.
have you tried a different kernel? it might help.
If he his on the M logo and not the animation then no it's probably not a kernel issue it's the theme. I did a logcat and when it's on the M it's constantly trying to start up and then throwing errors and crashing, then starting up, errors, crashing... until you decide to go to recovery and flash back.
Everything flashes fine too. The part that seems to F everything up is this services.cpy in the manifest. I assume that's the services.jar file? You might get reboots, but you don't get a constant M until you try and put that stupid thing on. I managed all apps, figured I'd try framework-res and see... rebooted no issues. I'm thinking alright this is nice, I have the theme cept white pulldown and white text on white bar >< that services part is probably the notify panel.... patches fine, asks for reboot, i hit ok....BOOM stuck on M.
