[Theme] 928Droid Black Glass X for Droid X !!!

I Deodexed official update and applied 928 droid theme to it. Everything is fine except for the text on the status bar is black on black background so its impossible to read any notifications. any fix for this???

Probably already asked, but how does one de-odex this version of 2.2?
Is deodexing worth it?

Just wanted to say thanks for your work on this! I just installed it on 2.3.9 running FlyX v1.

Just a minor issue though:


I downloaded 928DroidBlackGlassX-ADWLauncher-v115-Patch.zip and installed it (my Droid X didn't have ADW on it before) and in the ADW info it says it's version 1.1.4 Standalone. Do I need to remove it again to get version 1.1.5 and then reinstall?


FWIW the download link on your site is the same filesize as the one included in the main theme zip.

Fixed the one on the website. Will have to reupload main Theme Files with correction later.

Here is the direct link for the corrected version of 1.1.5 (in other words not 1.1.4 You should note the zip is slightly smaller and the apk even smaller than the last one, I went ahead and Optimized/Zipaligned ADW 1.1.5 while I was at it.

Your DeOdexing appears to have not been done correctly, or the Theme did not install completely... run the Theme zip install again over top of what you have now and see if it fixes it.

BTW, what did you use to DeOdex the Official update????

xultimate v2.2.2...everything said succcessful. all files no longer have the .odex extension. So i should just reapply the update,zip??

Just patched the new zip, I can confirm ADW is now showing 1.1.5.. Thanks again for the awesome work on this theme.

That is very odd about xUltimate 2.2.2, according to the DEV (Matt) it is currently broken for Droid X and Droid 2. The last few pages of his xUltimate Thread here on DF discusses that. I have also not been able to Deodex DX/D2 2.2 successfully with it either.

It still wouldn't hurt to install the Theme again. I had one other guy that had the same problem as yours, and when he ran it the second time it fixed it.

I also know this is not a Odexed/DeOdexed Theme file mixup, because even the Odex Version has white notifications in the pulldown, just doesn't have the white clock and ERI of the DeOdexed version.

OH.... if just the clock and date are still black, it's gotta be a DeOdexing issue.

I have a status bar with what appears to be "cut outs"? for the the time and the day/year...Im running the odexed version. Is it a new design or is there issues with the service.jar file in the official 2.2? But other than the status bar its good to have it back.
