Themes For ApeX 1.4.x (2/21/11)

Would anyone is bored and wants to do a HUGE favor, I love RevolutionBLU except for the status bar icons which are a weird color blue and slightly tacky and the battery icon doesnt have %.

If anyone were to change it, I would love to have the regular Revo icons up there and even better would be the blue matching what is on the menus and such

OR if someone could walk me through or point me in the direction of how to use NinjaMorph, I could give that a try.

TIA!

Download metamorph and busy box. Then go to droidpirate.com, find the icons you like in the notification icon tab, and follow the instructions on the site to install. Its really easy but if you need help let me know.

Cool, thanks for the link. Only problem it seems is finding matching icons, if they came in packs for a whole set of blue, green, etc. it'd be a lot easier, I may not bother

Any body know where i can get some "cool" green LPicons to go with this rom? preferably green text icons but i will settle for others to. Ive been looking around the web and just cant seem to find any that i really like.

Last night I sbf'd my DX running 928 Black Deox so I could install the OTA 2.3.340 (looking at that sentence makes me wince). This morning I rooted (z4root) and installed Apex 1.3, followed by Revo (for Apex 1.2) and the clock hide-y thingy. Worked awesome. Fab is fab. Have a beer.

Little help please?

I just installed your Apex Gingerbread and really like it. Trouble is, my Droid X Overclock v.1.9.9 loads, but instant FC when trying to use overclock. Any ideas? Thx! Donated

Go to "Manage Applications" find Droid Overclock and hit the "Clear Data" button, and then the"Force Close" button. Restart the app and hopefully all will be well. Worked for me.

Thx! That did it. Can't say enough about these forums. You guys rock.:icon_ banana:

Apex works great, but for some reason when I save the blue theme on sd and install thru Rom manager it loads back up the normal Apex?? Wonder what could be the issue?

Also i'm using the custom Icon packs w/Better cut, is there a way to make the icons larger?

Try installing through bootstrap. Honestly, ROM manager is useless for the X because of it. I've used ROM manager exactly one time since I've had my phone...

I used ROM manager to install Apex and it worked great, but everything else went through Bootstrap's "Install from SD" option. I would agree ROM Manager is probably not worth buying, but I did anyway. Given all the useful stuff Koush has provided that I didn't pay for, it all works out.
