Thunderbolt Rooting problem

I just did the easy root I printed out the instructions and read them a bunch of times The only thing I had to do twice was the first step and it said you might the rest of it went like clockwork exactly as it said Im a happy camper Thanks to all the guys who helped if I could do it its gotta be good

I had a successful root and downloaded the gingerbread theme from Rom manager and reported and went into recovery and lost my root any ideas?

I have been looking but no luck. After every thing "adb reboot bootloader" I get in the loader but it cant see the image. Gives error "no image found" I keeped the zip and the unzip in the SD card. no luck. any ideas?

Did you rename the file correctly

.zip at the end. Also if u are on Windows 7 make sure you do not have hide extensions of known file types checked.

Have to check that out. Don't think I ever checked or even know how..

Open any folder...I used libaries.....Libraries>Organize>Folder and Search Options>View>Hide extensions for known file types....make sure it is unchecked....If it is checked files become files.zip.zip instead of files.zip

So click NEXT – SKIP – SKIP SETUP – NEXT – NEXT – NEXT – FINISH. SOME Reason I missed this part.. ? Important?

No it means you do not need to go through set up at this time...simply re check usb debugging and connect to the computer again...

Ok did every thing as I thought was right but must have missed some thing. Downloaded the Root checker and rebooted like 4 times. Still said no to every thing, No Root Access or Busybox. Should I start over from the first step again and is that safe after getting this far into it?

No make sure you used the correct rom the 2nd flash...not the downgrade one...did you get any errors after pushing the next commands...sometimes you just have to reboot a couple times....

It's all good. Worked great. Now my next goal is roms. Wonder how can I get into CWR With out using Command Prompt
