Because it did SGT. I elaborated on what you said about how some of us do not care as much about ginger bread as we do the awesome work of liberty team, and people have to manipulate every situation and turn it into an uncomfortable and miserable situation. Some of the people on this forum almost seem like they are out to turn people away from droidforums.net. I read a post about a guy throwing claims that Kejar and Jrummy purposely made the toolbox screw up anyone's phones that tried to use it on another rom. K the toolbox says it will only work with Liberty, but again this particular person had to try and deface someone and turn something immeasurable or minor into a bad uncomfortable situation. One claiming that I am stating that my life is more important than anyone elses is a moron. I cannot believe that you would even propose something of that nature. Really ??!! Come on man. That was so below the belt.

All I gotta say is liberty is an awesome rom, first thing I ever put on my phone after wallpaper haha, but seriously for them to practically work two jobs and one not counting on getting paid for but to do it because they love it and develop such an awesome rom for FREE should make us feel priviledged for the fact they don't just keep it for themselves! So if your bickering because you want something else for free then go somewhere else and tell them but in the meantime, be happy with what you got, liberty 1.5 is great, its your end that is messing it up and complaining about it and if they come out with an updated version then let it feel like a surprise for us, and when they are ready then they will release it

Hey guys, I just want to squash a rumor about my post to dave about liberty version... there is no hidden date or meaning, that was just a joke between us....

Not too cool to be pullin peoples chain like that. After that bs by that nemrod guy about the boatloader and now this little joke between a cpl of trusted devs really makes me second guess if I should continue with any of this rooting stuff. There has to be a level of trust and professionalism maintained here because we give the devs access to all of our info and have to believe they're not putting something malicious on our phone. Once that trust is broken you can never get it back.

I don't think it was malicious. More likely a joke between friends. And it isn't like he got on here and trolled or whatever.
