Two Releases Two Days, Froyo Anyone? - Sapphire 0.6.0

Was getting a quadrant score a little higher (1300's/1400's) on my previous Froyo ROM, but not bad at around 1200's +/- 50.

Just checking back in to confirm that this ROM, in my experience, is the first Froyo ROM that plays well (at all) with Apple's Airport base stations. I've tested this with lots of different tasks since install and it seems rock solid.

I'd almost forgotten what its like to have a stable connection....

i have lost data connection once unlugged it all was well any ideas...

So far I haven't been able to download *most* apps from the marketplace. There are other apps that do work, for example SetCPU, but linpack and many many others won't proceed to install/download. It seems that it's not just purchased apps that install, because I downloaded a few free apps as well. I'm going to try and wipe data again and re install the ROM to see how everything goes the second time around. Either way, I can see that this ROM is extremely fast and has no lag compared to the other froyo ROMs I've tried.

I'm getting quandrant score in 950s and very low 1000s. Going back to UD eXtreme RC 2 and getting low 1300s with Chevy's ulv 1000mhz.

Installed and rebooting as I speak. Looking forward to seeing it work on my way home tonight.

For some reason, Facebook refuses to even give the option to sync. I even uninstalled and push a file to system, but still no sync... dunno what would cause that, but thought it could help in getting this thing perfected, because it is smooth, and nice to run something from source and not a leak.

Also, the Elliot Stocker music apk does work, but playlist still force closes. So I'm guessing there's an incompatibility there that can be fixed now that source is out.

There seems to be many apps in the market that refuse to download and install.

Try wiping cache and data for the Market app.

Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> All

Then find Market. You'll see the clear data and clear cache buttons.

You'll have to accept the TOS again, but after that it worked for me as normal.

edit- I had to do this with other installations of Froyo, too, so its not unique to Sapphire.

That didn't do it =/ I am unable to download maps, facebook, twitter and a good number of other things.
