again, it's a legitimate question, and the fact that you're "testing it out" shouldn't make you not want to question it

if this thing removes the throttle that is imposed when you reach a certain data consumption, how could it possibly double your speeds? it's a question that i assumed everyone would ask, because common sense would dictate that that wouldn't be possible. i clearly gave the "testers" far too much credit...
