Update release at 8 pm tonight

I've given up on this update. I've done some of everything still no luck with getting it.

Hey u might want to let Verizon know that ur phone is not on there file they might probably still have the old phone on file.

I'll try it and see. Seem like other tbolt owners were unsuccessful with VZW customer service so I felt like calling them would be a waste of time

every time i try to do the update, it says error, download failed immediately! its making me mad.. no luck yet after rebooting, turning it off and removing the battery too. nothing

Just got off the phone with Tech support and they said the update is pushed out in batches of 10,000 and if it doesn't appear yet on your phone than it may take awhile for you to get it but you should get an alert when it is ready. So hard to believe right now.

I got the update last night ( huge 3 g ) couldn't get it 4 wife's tb though ?

My wife's phone got the update perfectly fine. Looks great.

My phone is screwing up though.

When I got to check for an update it just closes with no result.

It doesn't say that there isn't an update availabble, it just leaves the screen.

I uninstalled a bunch of crap but I don't know what could be causing it.


I'm frustrated.
