you have to log int to myverizon and shop the phones. I actually had to add a Razr to my cart and then the chat button came up, but here is the link. The chat button comes up if you're not logged in.

Good idea. I was very polite and my rep was cool. It's good to let them know what people want... but we don't want to make them have a bad day!

If you are going to be logical, you should make your chat name "Spock"! That would be pretty sweet. I wonder if these reps are standing around the water cooler talking about how they are all getting these over the top requests for the G-Nex haha

Do you think this device a spawned the most questions out of any device? expecially since they keep delaying. people must be on their daily.

Nah, I think it would have a ways to go before it reached the level of the bionic. I'm not sure how much led up to the t-bolt drop. I also bet they get bombarded by iphone fans... I'm sure they are already getting legit requests for the iphone5
