video transfer to pc

when tranfering video files to pc all that i get is audio and no video, file is showing as mpeg4 . neither quicktime or vcast player will play video part only audio any help would be great. thanks

I had to download DivX and then it worked fine. Just go to Divx.com, download the free files onto your PC and you'll be able to watch the videos.

thanks i'll give that a try, now that i got a new pc old one crashed i need to find the driver and user manual that i can't seem to get to thru the samsung site, and idea where i can find them ?
