You can use the new every 2 20 months from when you did this upgrade, so 8/18/12... you have to use it within 6 months after becoming eligible or it goes away, so you can use the New every 2 upgrade between 8/18/12 and 2/18/13...

so how much would i have to pay for the upgrade? i was reading the verizon website and it says 50 dollar credit? is that right? so a 600 dollar smart phone is 550? doesnt seem right.
50 off the 2 year price discounted price. So the 600 phone is only 100 or 150

The reason I will not, and I would assume any other reasonable rep would not, look up your information is because I can get in a lot of trouble over it. I hope you understand.

now THAt was good to know. I didnt know you could get into trouble for that. Seems odd but I can understand why it wasnt done now.

Okay I'm going to shoot for a scenario, and seeing as I don't fully understand the vzw return policy, tell me how possible this is :P
Okay so my upgrade was in September I haven't checked yet BUT if it DOES expire 6 months after that would leave it in march. So if the bionic comes out in quarter 2 let's say im lucky and its april, would I be able to return whatever phone I got in march (assuming a 30 day return policy) and get the bionic?

is it possible to pay my ETF without actually leaving Verizon?
can't i say that I want to pay month to month rather than being in a contract?

Yes, you can absolutely do this! Disconnect service, pay your ETF, then open a new account with your own provided equipment without a contract. You will lose your number, but you can do it.

well, thanks for the info. i'm an unemployed student right now so my income is a little unstable. it's probably best for me to go prepaid at this point.

thanks again!

I hope this is the right place to post this. I have 2 droids on my plan. I'm the main account holder and my gf is the 2nd phone for billing purposes and I want to get a LTE phone this summer while she is perfectly happy with her D1 phone. I'm on a two year contract and the one year anniversary of signing up was in April. With verizon's new policies does that mean that I (the primary account holder) can no longer do I one year upgrade in April or later for a small fee any more?

You'll know after the 16th

You can annual upgrade. It will be the last one you get.
