So, considering I'm incredibly irritated, just want to spend one year without having to walk into that store again, do you think they will let me switch to a new model? I mean, my philosophy is that I paid 200 dollars for the phone to begin with because I wanted to enjoy the features and convenience that my money had purchased me. But it hasn't delievered, and I promise its not my fault. I have never dropped any of them. I've never had a faulty phone before the Eris. I just wish I could get a phone with the amenities I was promised for my 200 dollars including speed, ease, and convenience (and it seems like I've never been able to really be able to enjoy all three at once with all the problems I've been having.)
I know the Eris has been reported as a pretty faulty phone, and I can attest to that. But I don't want to be stuck with that same faulty phone for another year WITHOUT the warrenty. So, how should I best approach this, because my overall attitude about this right now (though I'm hiding it pretty well in my writing at this moment) is that I am pissed, and excuse the language. I want so badly to go in there and make a huge fuss, because they'll be more likely to believe that I'm upset, which I am. But on the other hand, its not these reps fault. I'm just afraid if I put on a smile and say 'oh its ok, it happens' I'll be walking out with a dreadful Eris, which is like someone messaging me in advance and saying "oh by the way, check your email when you get home. i sent you the blue screen of death. as long as you don't need your computer you'll be ok." So, what does anyone think? Between Biatch and Push over? Closer to Biatch? I know this sounds like its for personal gain, but really, I'm just tryin to make sure I don't lose money in the end. Sorry this is long, and thanks for letting me know what you think of the approach I should take and if you even think they will let me get something new.
