What can I learn about the advantages of the droids in this thread ?

I am sorry, you will have to be a bit more specific. If you are looking for a comparison between a specific Droid phone and another phone I would be happy to list the specs of both to allow you to compare. If you are wanting a comparison between the Android OS versus another phones OS then I could help you with that as well. I would just need to know what you are wanting to compare.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure if I'm the right section here.. I have a technical problem question about my motorola droid... Well my problem is... Every time I exit an app, it takes a long time for my icons to appear on the desktop, all there see is wallpaper and nothing else and so I have to wait sometimes a minute to a minute and a half.. if this isn't the right area for an answer, please direct me to where I can find help with this.. Thank you so much!

What you are experiencing is called redraw. Look that up via search for help to fix it.

No. There is a seperate charge of $10. However, you can get NFL Mobile with videos if you have VCast video feature.

Adding a line to a single account

Right now I just have my own single account at Verizon here in California, with an original Moto Droid.

I have 900 min. Talk, unlimited text, unlimited NET for $95/month total.

My girlfriend is about to lose her free CELL from work. I'm thinking of getting her a free Droid and adding her to my account, IF going to a family plan won't mess up my account! Is it possible to change to a Family plan and keep all my minutes and unlimited NET the same with it? And also don't want to mess up my date for a new discounted phone (FEB '12)

Also, which would be the best free phone for her? Is one of these hands down the best phone of these? Just for doing basic phone tasks...TNX!

We just looked at a Chart of all the droids and she likes the Droid X for it's HUGE screen and it's FREE from Wirefly right now! No Tax and free activation even!

SO we just have the Verizon plan questions. Like the NET is no longer unlimited, so how much usage is 2 GB/month?! You can use WiFi at home, so that should be enough??

I just got the Droid Charge, but I'm not exactly satisfied with it. Its fast and its nice, though there are screen issues. I returned my first one and got a second because the screen had a green tint (even compared to other Charge's in the store), and the first and my current Charge have weird lines that appear when locking and unlocking and I have had my phone's sound completely stop twice now, only way to get it back is a reboot.

I am having my Original Droid repaired soon (hopefully before my 14 day return policy expires) and my question is... is it possible to not have to pay a restocking fee for a phone I am finding to be defective?

I would like to just have my Droid repaired and hold out for either the SII or the Bionic. If I return it anyways and pay the restocking fee, do I get my upgrade back?

You have to pay a restocking fee.

You get your upgrade back if you return the phone.
