I tried

http://www.thememydroid.com/themes/WatermarkD3.1.zip - That is the version without Facebook added.

and still got the same results. is there something I can look at to try and figure out what is going on? possibly see if a file exists through astro or a date of a file you replaced? And I dont have to go into CyangenMod settings afterwards and apply this as a theme or something do I? It automatically applies when I install it from ROM Manager? I really appreciate the help because this theme looks sweet.

You have flashed the latest recovery, correct?

Clockworkmod 2.5.0.1

I will have to examine further if that doesn't fix it. Will have to take link down, and start over.

And no, once its flashed, you should have theme.

Wait... do you have the Superuser.apk on your phone? The little ninja guy?
 
ROM Manager is showing my current ClockworkMod Recovery as 2.5.0.1. In my apps I do have Superuser and if I select it, it shows "ROM Manager" and "drocap2" with green dots to the right of them. I knew it had it on there though, because it asked me to allow both of them when using them for the first time after flashing cyanogenmod. I doubt this has anything to do with it, but the launcher I chose when downloading cyanogenmod 6.0.0 RC2 through ROM Manager was ADW Launcher. And I did choose to install Google Apps ROM Addon as well. Should I try uninstalling and reinstalling ROM Manager and click at the top to flash ClockWork again? Maybe I will try that real quick.
 
i apologize. it was user error, but i don't understand how I got into this state. basically I went to the market to uninstall/reinstall ROM Manager and it showed "update" next to it. so I must of had an old version from a few hours ago? i don't know, doesn't make a whole lot of since considering i just flashed cyanogenmod a few hours ago and had to redownload it. anyway, looking sweet so far. i need to go fix the clock settings because they are black on black. now i need to go buy setCPU and find a kernel to overclock with, because I don't think cyanogenmod comes with a default one, but I could be wrong. I appreciate all your help and I apologize for wasting your time.

if he doesnt update it i might go try cyanogen. thats one of the roms i havent gotten around to really trying yet. seems a lot of people like it too
