Well now I'm on the 4-3 build. Not sure what's up but doesn't feel smooth and responsive as before. Even seems like there is a lag in touch input while using the keyboard in normal/non-swipe mode. Still having issues with Pandora closing out often while in other tasks. Still yet to find a reliable way to properly adjust OOM groupings or minfree values to compensate. Just enabled zram in trickster and it seems to have helped a bit but so far every way I try to check zram usage, it shows it all as available/no usage.

Please don't take any of this as complaints, tbh I haven't clean flashed in a while but I haven't had lag across the ui like this in any of the other builds. I guess I'll try a clean flash once it bothers me enough.

I was having some bad lag as well. I switched the scheduler to row from deadline and it has been much better.

Yes, deadline is set by default now. I even have CPU at 1600. Zram seems to have helped a lot regardless of everything I found about it most don't recommend it.

Thanks Buck! New build definitely feels a lot smoother and responsive. Pandora also running in background as it should. Have only tested it for a short while so far but previously it would have closed by now.

Edit: Awesome! I was looking into manually editing one of these recently.

Double edit: Any way to slightly increase the text size? Without requiring a new build?

No there isn't. There is an algorithm that calculates the text size based on number of characters built into the custom carrier option.

Gotcha, that makes sense. Just seemed larger on other ROMs with that option. I guess the algorithm assumes to be using both carrier text and WiFi text hence the smaller text.

Well Pandora is still closing out after more testing. Tried looking at logcat and it seems to happen when clicking something in the ui that gives screen tap click sounds, logcat said something like audiofocus or similar.

I am working on this issue today. Same thing happens with Netflix as well. Hopefully I can get it knocked out today.
