Hey, sparky... you blew my cover! Lmbo! There was a reason why I sort of kept my gender under the radar. Maybe another day I will share.

Electricman, are you rooted? Are did you un-root? If so, I think you will be getting ICS very very soon, so you will be able to screenshot.

Well I looked around, and found someone on AndroidCentral says "No Root Screenshot It" works!.... Buuuut....it costs $4.99 on the Play Store! I'll keep looking :icon_eek:

Did you go into advanced and unclick "Root" on Screen Grabber ???

I did go into settings and unchecked root. Still did not work. I believe the "No Root..." that you found requires connecting phone to the computer just like a few of the others. I was hoping to find one that doesn't. It's not really a big deal for me to have this app. Just thought it would be cool, not a must have. Thank you.

Sorry, looks like the Tbolt is only able to put that kind of program onto the system RAM,
which means your gonna have to reload it after every reboot! ??? Wonder why it works that way? :frown:

Not sure what phone you have, but if it's a Tegra processor based phone, AndroSS works great for screen shots. I've been using it on my Droid X2 since the developer came out with it almost a year ago. It's free and root isn't required if your device is Tegra based.

I might as well mention an app that I never see mentioned anywhere- Raindar. By far, the best radar app there is IMO. All it does is radar and does it VERY well.

Display Brightness is a fantastic onscreen display brightness adjuster. The developer is VERY responsive to suggestions and resolving issues, usually within a day or two. I've been using this app for almost a year.

GPS Status & Toolbox is great for checking how many satellites you can connect to as well as calibrating your device's sensors and downloading the latest GPS data.

Screen on Toggler works great for those times when you need the screen to remain on. It's accessible through the search button by press/hold for popup and select it to toggle. When done, tap it in notifications to toggle back.

appgarden, there's not enough room here for me to list all that it does. area codes, zip codes, conversions, dictionary, ohm's law, random password, status bar notes, timer, stop watch, system stats, weather, and the list goes on, and on, and on.

I couldn't locate it in the Google market.
