Yes, it's rootable and worth it to get rid of some of the bloat but don't think there are many roms yet so trying to wait.

I would wait too. Art least until the benefits out weigh the warranty voiding. You can disable most of the bloat anyways. Did you get jelly bean yet?

Yes I know showing off it ok beside minor revisions.Quad-core to me blows dual core out of water side quadrant scores. G2x and other lg dual core phone show that specs doesn't always mean faster nexus s was faster then some dual core in first and second quarter of 2011.Even HTC made HTC sensation that didn't feel faster nexus s unless u went through the trouble of rooting. It shouldn't be that because of sense ui 3.0 and.it widget
