Yes. They have a version with hard keys now. Look through the thread. The first link is broken, but toward the end of the thread there is a new link

There is a notification bar. I must have accidentally cut it off when I cropped the photo. One of the jelly bean roms bugs is that screen shots need to be cropped. There are several differences in jelly bean. Improved notifications is one nice one. now when you receive a text you can "quick reply" from the pull down notification bar. I feel the battery life Is improved, as well as resource management. And it's buttery smooth, And snappy! In short it's like ICS on steroids.
