What are you using to get that sidebar with app shortcuts?

In Hax Launcher, you drag apps to the home screen, and then pull them into the dock. Then, when you press the button at the lower left, the sidebar with shortcuts will appear. DroidModderX (Shane Starnes) has a recent video about this launcher.
