What phone are you upgrading from?

I have to say... I was reading a lot into this phone and I've decided to just stick with my S3. I love this phone stock and I love it even more since I put the Synergy rom on it. Got rid of the bloat.. added some awesome features, and now my phone is faster than it ever has been. Let me know how the S4 is when you get it.

I will be upgrading from Verizon Galaxy Nexus to the S4. I am buying it outright so I can keep my unlimited plan.

More than likely upgrading to the S4 from a launch day Bionic. I've been a Motorola guy for a long time (4 out of 5 of my cell phones have been Motorola), I love their durability, but I think it's time to give them a rest and go elsewhere for a little while. If the X Phone really wows me, hopefully it will be offered at a decent price via Google Play and I can choose to purchase it there if I really decide it's worth it (providing, of course, the rumors are true and they offer an unlocked version capable of being brought to Verizon).

Gonna wait until the 7th, the date I become upgrade eligible, and likely pre-order.

unlocked phones on Verizon are useless, since Verizon uses different radio frequencies, you will pretty much be stuck with a 3G phone in a 4G LTE world. What's the point in spending your hard earned dollars on a high end device and not be able to utilize it to its fullest.

I'm just basing it off of the rumor from Google within the last couple of weeks. Perhaps its been refuted since then, I'm not sure. I know it's not possible right now, and probably nothing more than a pipedream for the upcoming line, but stranger things have happened I suppose.

O.g droid........ Unfortunately about a month ago alcohol got the best of me and i ended up destroying my razr:(. Its been hell waiting for this.

I had a RAZR for 22 months & upgraded to a Droid DNA on 4/1. I'm exchanging it on VZW release day for an S4. I'm a Best Buy Silver reward zone member so I get 60 days to do a phone exchange instead of 14. Here's to hoping that there's no delay on the VZW S4's, because 1 day will require me to keep the DNA for 2 years. The DNA's been a good phone but I'd prefer the removable battery & SD slot of the S4 since it has a 1080p 5" screen & 600 processor.

Droid Bionic. Not sure why so many ppl are complaining about the new S4, but I'm sold.

I don't really see anyone complaining about it, just saying there's minimal reason to upgrade from an S3. But, hey, more power to ya!

Also I came from a Rezound to my GS3 and even though the Rezound was amazing, the GS3 was even more amazing. So to the guy who said Rezound....you're in for a treat!

Well, tracked my data usage the last 5mo and I haven't gotten near 2gb by the end of each month. So today, at least so far, decided I'll be retiring my Galaxy Nexus and hopefully upgrading to the s4 depending if I really like it or not.
