this is ridiculous, I'm being told by this guy on the phone that there is no possible way to get another device even though I've had this device replaced going on four times. he said there is NO WAY to get another device that is not the d2g because it's motorola that services it. He would not escalate he wouldn't allow me to talk to another supervisor, he said if it's regarding the same thing you are asking me then I'm the end all be all there is no one else. I asked if I could speak with a supervisor regarding the service I was receiving and he accused me of saying service was bad because they would not replace the device. I said no service is bad because I'm being told two or three things by different reps... you are saying you could never possibly send a comparable device, and yet the last person I spoke with said it's entirely possible. this isn't right at all. he just kept going in circles so I told him I don't have the device with me so I can't do any troubleshooting and that I'd call back
he even told me he was tier 2 and that he would not escalate me if it was about getting a different device. he refused and told me if I wanted to speak with a supervisor it would take 24 to 72 hours...
I have NEVER had this kind of an issue... I was even nice, the guy even went so far as to call motorola and have them explain to me that they wouldn't give me a replacement of another device that wasn't a d2g
