Where you been droidprincess? Wow, likwid. That is absurd. Sometimes our justice system makes no sense and provides crooked justice. I just went through a very similar experience. Months of testimony where mine was honest and consistent and the other evil wench was so fabricated she couldn't keep her stories straight...so bad she actually had to admit to perjury in one hearing (most likely because she realized there was undeniable proof to dispute her claim...for months she tried to claim she was not owner of a business. I came to court with everything I needed to prove she was owner and she started started that hearing saying she was wrong and was owner....probably because someone warned her stupid a$# that there is a dba on file with the county that shows her as owner). Well, needless to say, that was only one of her untruths. All the other lies, you couldn't keep straight what was what. I was shocked when I lost. But I won on appeal and the appeals board slammed her as being dishonest and not credible. Wow, they couldn't see that the first time. What a nightmare but it was a $14,000 victory.

I'm glad you won. The most frustrating part about things like this is when you're telling the honest truth and you still lose.

Check out these pics of my car.

The side where he hit me.

My door crushed/jammed from the side impact.

The front of my car with absolutely no damage of a rear end collision. My lights intact. No damage. The plastic frame around my license plate isn't even broken.

I don't have a picture of the rear of his car on my computer. but his tiny little dent was close to the center of his bumper but slightly more toward the passenger side.... my insurance company and the judge said that dent was probably already there prior to the accident. I'll upload it later to show how ridiculous his story was.

I hope he enjoys the satisfaction of winning because that's all he's getting after paying off those medical bills.

That absolutely does not make sense. It seems so obvious. I will never understand this justice system. There are other ulterior motives going on when the judge makes his decision. I took my case through appeals bc it was so outrageously obvious what should have happened. It should have never had to go to appeal. If you have the option of an appeal process, I'd definitely take advantage of it. Mine ended up being a 15 month battle. In the end it was worth it but until I read that final sentence saying I won, I had no idea which way it would go because the whole fiasco was such a joke.

So I flew to Portland today to eat Voodoo Doughnuts and then I flew back home. One of our flight attendants told me I had to try it. I'm glad I did. Anybody here from Portland?
