Preparing for court in a couple weeks.
Lets take you back to March 2012. This ****ing idiot swerved right into my lane on the freeway, hit the side of my car so hard he bashed in my driver door. Then he managed to swerve left FOUR lanes over and crash into the center divider.
2 days later my insurance company calls me claiming that he is telling his insurance company that I rear ended him.

Lets just pause for a moment and think about that.

He is saying I rear ended him, causing him to swerve out of the control and crash into the divider.
So, in order for this to even be possible, I would have had to pulled a Fast & the Furious, drift my car at a perfect angle sideways, hit him in the back with my driver door, then spin my car back around.
RIGHT.
Took the insurance companies 2 weeks after looking at pictures, etc. to realize he was a lying sack of **** and the accident was not my fault.
I had the opportunity to sue him and I chose not to. I figured, **** it. Whatever. Let the insurance companies handle it, he's a jackass who will get his some day, I don't want to fill out paperwork, I don't want to go to court, I just want to move on with my life and pretend that whole thing never happened.
Now lets take you to a couple weeks ago May 2013. I get a letter in the mail by the LA courts saying I'm being sued $9,000 by this guy for "personal injury, property damage and pain & suffering". Quote.
Are you ****ing kidding me?
As soon as I read this I immediately filled out counter lawsuit forms. I have statements from both insurance companies, pictures and a witness who was in my car at the time of the accident.
He has to know he's going to lose, right? What would possess somebody to do something so stupid? After he loses, and I sue him, I'm going to win. Bastard should have just left it alone and shut the hell up. Ridiculous lawsuit trying to get money out of me punk ass ****** abusing our justice system ass bag.
I had a seizure a month after this car accident. After they ran all these tests on me (which cost a lot of money) my neurologist said that the head trauma I suffered in the car accident was probably the cause of my seizure.
So wow. If I get my neurologist to sign a paper or even show up in court saying that this car accident caused my seizure, I'm going to take this piece of **** for everything he's got for ****ing with me. I'm still paying off hospital bills and spending $50 a month on seizure medication that I have to take daily.
I'm done ranting now. But wow. Some people are just low down, shady, shifty pieces of garbage. Why would he wait a year and 2 months to sue me? Why now? Probably needs money or something. ****ing bum ass *****.
