When is official ics going to hit my phone?

What I don't understand is, why can't someone post the update.zip file like we've done in the past. I really don't wanna go the HoB way, as I'm already in .905.

The HoB contains the update file. You can extract it from 246 support and install it manually if you'd like. I would still recommend using the HoB script though because it has extra precautions built in, like checking the file for errors after it copies to your SD card. But anyway, that's probably why no one has bothered posting the update file.

Move the .zip file to your SD card; make sure you have 80% battery life. Turn the phone off. While holding both volume buttons, press the power button. Press the volume down button until you highlight the boot into recovery option, then press the volume up button to select it. When you see a green Android with a caution sign, press both volume buttons simultaneously to show the options. Press the volume down button to highlight the install update.zip from sd card option, then press the power button to select it. Highlight the SD card storage, press power to select it, then highlight the update.zip, select it with the power button, confirm that you want to install it, and wait for the process to finish.

I haven't touched my recovery in a while so I may have skipped a step or two but I gave you the basics of how it works. If you've seen anything like it you should be good to go as soon as you boot in recovery.

Where do I download the zip file at? Do I download to my computer or to my phone? And how do I move it to my sd card? Sorry, I'm a noob at this stuff and this is exactly why I've been holding off for the ota update..

Update went smooth, and yes the link went down.

Took like 30 minutes to update.

Though the texting seems to be taking quite a while to load..
