I'm stuck. I read through the FAQ twice. I downloaded and installed, in the order presented, each of the files in the HoB thread. The battery is sufficiently charged. The phone is connected to the computer (Win 7 32bit) via USB 2.0, is set to Charge Only, and in USB Debugging mode. I started up HoB, selected 1) 246 Options, and then 1) Install 246, and then yes to transfer to sd card. I'm getting error messages telling me that adb is not recognized as an internal or external command. adb is, in fact, installed on my system because I used it with my OG Droid. adb is in my PATH (or whatever it's called in Windows) because I can execute it anywhere.

I started reading through the comments in the HoB thread but there are a hundred pages to go through. I tried Googling it, too. What am I doing wrong?
