At the part "Ready to flash HouseOfBionic_install..." Fash with RSD? I clicked yes and an error box popped up: "Please check the input file. Either XML format is wrong or images files associated with it are missing." What did I do wrong this time?

It looks like the SDL.exe file tripped the Windows Firewall. I'm going to turn it off and try this again. Is it okay for me to reboot the phone now and start all over?

I will admit, those ADB drivers can be a real bastard on some chipsets *LOL* If all else fails, try a completely different USB port (if all else fails) - and try to make sure it's on a seperate USB root hub.

He never doubted the HoB, for the record. I won't tell you why he hadn't used it yet. :)

There's literally too many reasons why it can fail to cover. I'm always supposed to pick the exact right one and solve it. sigh. I try to make it easier, but, there are things outside my control.
