.247 applied. Thanks for um-teenth-million time Sam and Sarge!!
I figured while I was in "The House" I would also apply root.
Loving my "new" phone and everything this update process has taught me.
I havent noticed a difference in battery life since i dont up the voltage i just clock higher for some reason it runs more stable oced at the stock voltage which is 1398 ill bump it to 1400 mv (milivolts) but thats about it
Sent from my 1.404 ghz 3605 quadrant score ICS .246 DROID BIONIC
Hell no. 247 should STAY on that card. If you brick and it's not there, YOU are responsible for getting it onto the sdcard-ext before I will help. 246 can go away.
.247.... Dang it. :icon_eek: Now I have to walk to the car, in the rain, up hill both ways, barefoot, across gravel and glass, then climb a pile of salt, to get my cable .... Oh the sacrifices we make for a new leak.
EDIT: .... And both my cables are at home. Wonder if I can splice something together....:biggrin:
Nope that's why I asked what your plan was. I'm trying to make sure everyone is covered and I know you were hesitant to update in the first place. Do you need to do this on Linux? I actually started working on a sh script last night to do this with you in mind. It's not done yet but I can probably finish it today if you need it.
And another visit to the HoB is in progress in order to join up with .247. Might even root this time... for the first time ever. Thanks Samurai!
The only thing I had to do was put in AP Fastboot mode manually when the time came...and that was no big deal. The new HoB was not able to make that happen automatically which it did in the previous version I used to get to .246.
Yea, that happened on mine, too. For whatever reason moto-fastboot wasn't able to reboot it. I use quickboot to do it for me when that happens. I may have to put the adb reboot back in there but then that doesn't work for a whole other group of people. I can't win.
It was no big deal to put it there manually, well not for me anyway. I guess I shouldn't speak for everyone on that. Another success story here. I'm now on .247 and rooted for the first time. Now what to do with that ?????
