oooh not funny samurai! I'm doing the waiting one more week thing now. lol 251 would cause me trouble. lol about ready to get a super techy friend to help me do hob.
Of course it was funny. My prediction back in July was that 241 would be OTA. John Galt said 251. He's closer at this point. No, if 247 isn't OTA at this point, then I give up.
Did I say *WILL* take 10+ hours? I said CAN. As in VARIABLE LENGTH OF TIME. It's dependent upon how much crap you got that it needs to analyze. For some like me it takes about 30 seconds. For others, it's taken literally 10+ hours. If it only took you 30 minutes before, it'll take you 30 minutes now. It's not changed.
Ok cool , I cant have my phone offline for 10+ hours .
I also read where I can remove all of the previous updates from my sd card . I have 6 of them can you confirm this . Should I remove all except 246 and 247? Thanks in advance !!!
I have a 10' spare cable in my center console. And a USB car charger so I can charge any USB device. Normally I just keep the Bionic car dock plugged in, but, I'm prepared for any situation that may arise. That cable never leaves the car unless I'm somewhere that I need it and it goes right back in there when I'm done.

Whoever creates the update PDF's over on VZW's site must be pulling his/her hair out trying to keep up with all the versions of the Bionic Update!
They probably thought 244 was the final and then 246 comes out....they are ready to just upload it to VZW's Bionic software update page and then 247 pops up!
After a while we are going to open up the PDF and it will look like someone will have taken white out to the version number and written in the latest # with a ball point pen!
Made the jump from .246 to .247 with no problems other than a manual reboot into AP fast boot. And I did change back to
RSD 5.7 before I did it. See Sam I was a good boy. Now where's my scooby snack. J/K
