232 is good, 247 is great, I don't post much but have read everything, if it wasn't for Sam and Sarge most of us wouldn't be in this (S.S. I.C.S ) boat big thanks to you two and others for your support.

Powered down, restarted phone. Opened Droid Forums mobile app again, still same out of synch time stamps. Funny thing is they have never been right on the mobile app. They used to be 3 hours behind, but now they're 3 hours ahead.

It would seem it has something to do with time issues more local to you and your ISP(?). My PC and the DF app are spot on-to the minute.

My phone has been at "Upgrading Media Database" for about 20 minutes? Is this normal? If not, what do I do?

Thanks

Nothing. Just wait.. and don't do any battery pulls and so on.. let it finish. It can take a long time depending on how many pictures/whatever you have on your phone.

yes this is normal, some people have had it do that for more than an hour. don't want to interrupt that otherwise you create problems

Not so much. We're getting ICS, and if the information that Sam and Sarge had about the difference between 246 and 247 is accurate then we should be fairly confident that we'll be getting JB.

Also the jump from ICS > JB is not nearly as significant as GB > ICS.

I am going to hold out faith we'll get it.

I hope you and they're right...
