Lodmot. i read that article and i think its a news source late to the game so raising speculation in a lame attempt to seem relevant. anything beyond those three phones not getting ics was pure conjecture.

Well I think sarge would be proud. Just got my HoB'd 247 bionic OC'd to 1350 MHz, quad score 3266, long bench in setcpu completed in 133ms. Not anywhere near sarge numbers, but not bad for someone whose programming experience consists entirely of writing an animated Christmas card...in QBasic...in high school :)

All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one Pepsi...

Sarge didn't get those numbers without his phone 'sploding. XD

I'm not sure if anyone else has caught on, but i've had to adjust how I guage battery life on the ICS update.

I think on GB, the battery meter was screwed up. I remember in settings it showing I had 70% battery, but the notification bar read like it was in the 80-90% range. It's my opinion that for whatever reason, Moto made the notification graphic not change until if fell below the threshold. For example, you have 64% battery, but the graphic reads 70% because it's about 60% still.

ICS is much more accurate in my opinion. It feels like if you are at 88% battery, it shows and represents 80% correctly.

I hope you and they're right...

Also considering that Motorola has now created 11 separate ICS builds for the Bionic I seriously doubt that they'd just s-can the whole thing.

We're getting it. It's just a matter of when. As my wife's phone is still on 905 I'm eager to see her get some of that frozen goodness too.

Sam and Sarge might have the best info on this when they get it. And hopefully the unfortunate discourse here yesterday wasn't enough to sour them from providing the information we so crave here.

I've been with this thread since the start, and since the beginning of the leaks a few months ago ^.^

That wasn't....but the mod response is. You'll notice I've only been helping people with actual problems and ignoring the rest. That trend will continue.

Are there still people on GB with their Bionic? :-D I thought we were all on ICS already!

I have one on 247 and one still on 905. The 905 phone has had zero problems, so I thought I would leave it alone for now. The one I have on 247 was having fits with data on 905 so I decided to try and kill it.... unfortunately it just got stronger ...... sounds like a movie theme, I know !

I don't blame you. I can't say I liked what the mod said either frankly. There are times I haven't necessarily agreed with you but I recognize what you were trying to do for others and honestly it would've caused Mother Teresa to start going turrets on people. I have seen enough from you here that you have solidly earned my respect and I suspect I'm not alone.

It’s kinda funny how in 2010 and 2011 people were freaking out about 2012. Now it’s 2 months from December and no one gives a crap.
