Not to go off MOOT, but do you think Titanium Backup Pro is worth the $6.58? How many people are running the free and running the Pro here?

TiBu Pro saved my a$$ the other day when I had to do an FDR... well at least it saved me a ton of time over the free version, due to unattended batch restore. I also use it to freeze apps -- in ICS, TiBu uses the same method as disabling, but it's a lot easier to keep track of and defrost in batch if needed. I hear great things about ROM Toolbox as well, but I already shelled out for TiBu in my OG Droid days so I don't want to buy something else. If you're in the market now, I'd compare the two by features and price and then buy the one that suits your needs best.

Can'tcha just feel the peace and love in here now? :happy3:

Hold hands, everyone! Queue the music: "We are the world...we are the children...."

I love the stock keyboard in ICS compared to the GB stock on this phone. Changing a misspelled word is so much easier. The damn selection cursor would always block the bar with the words back on GB when I was texting.

Running pro, used it once when i smashed my phone. Bought another one, rooted and ran the restore and all my apps and their data were back. Paid for itself right there in my opinion.

I think Titanium is worth more than $7. I use it every week and it has saved my butt once or twice. ;) Totally worth it as a backup program!

ok, upgrading a friends bionic to 247, that went smooth but is hanging up on installing root access. I restarted the computer and the phone and redid root thru the HOB. Right now its setting on Daemon started successfully. but its been sitting there for quite a while. I upgraded mine from 246 to 247 last night and it only took a minute to install root. What do I need to do? Thanks

Read the faq. Specifically "Why does ADB hate my phone".
