Wireless Moot

Been on .247 since the day it dropped, and was on .246 before that. I really see no huge difference in battery life, good or bad. It's about the same as I got on .905. I get about a good 12 hours on 4g with my use. Other than that I did do a factory reset yesterday so if anything is going to change in that department I hope to see it in the next few days. The phone is running great though and noticeably better than on GB. Loving the smart actions for nothing more than never forgetting to put my phone on silent of a night. Being able to Disable those needless apps is also a blessing. Besides OC'ing or installing custom RoM's and the like, is there any reason why I should want to root my bionic?

Nope so jb is not in planning an development yet it will be after ics is pushed
So Motorola is STILL stupid, 'eh? Seems that they should be working on a 247->JB build to start testing and developing. Seems like the same old "wait until the last minute Moto" that we know and love so well.

I use "delayed unlock" and "notification toggles" and there are a couple features/settings that need root and enhance the app. There are other apps that I don't use often but also work better or only with root. Screencast, for one. So, for the first time since Droid 1, coupled with new blur on ics and nova launcher (which asked for root but I'm not sure needed)- I don't feel like I'm missing anything by not Romming.

We'll see this thread explode again once the ota is pushed. Then we'll be talking about the FXZ and the JB build

Sent from my DROID BIONIC using ICS .247

I agree with Bombbreaker, I think once an update goes ota, whatever it is, this thread will be back in business in a hurry.
