OP, is there a 4G toggle on the phone?
No there is not. I am willing to bet Beautiful Widgets (or similar) will have one after it is released though.
Curious, BMX has said repeatedly that there is the ability to either toggle LTE (like a widget) or disable it (like under settings where you disable 3G). I know he has said that you can turn off 4G cuz people on twitter have asked him that point blank & he replied in the affirmative. Since yours is a preproduction unit maybe that was left off? Hopefully.
A friend of mine has the Sprint EVO and it came with a widget to toggle "4g". We can toggle data sync using an OEM widget...OP, is there a 4G toggle on the phone?

That, or I have to be in a 4G area to have to option to shut it off...
Here's a picture of the car dock, says that it 'automatically triggers navigation mode':Some people have noticed that on Verizon's developer website, it does mention that a car kit is one of the supported accessories. Not definitive proof, note also that there are some errors in a couple of the specs, but I will remain hopeful.Hey, like all the others before me here, thanks for helping us keep our sanity. On the car dock thing, in your app drawer, is there one called Car Panel? I know it's not an app that opens automatically when you place it in a dock (you have to select it), but that is there correct?
App Drawer>All Apps: No "Car Panel."
See last bullet under Specifications:
HTC Thunderbolt

Car dock will be nice. Doesn't look compatible with any cases though. Also wonder how they're triggering navigation mode?
Johnboy, speaking of cases...how is the finish of the TB holding up in the short time you've had it? Do you think it will hold up over time?

Awesome if true... that makes the move from DX to TBolt a lot easier and also makes sense why the USB port is on the left side.
Do you have any experience with class 6 or higher micro SD cards in the Thunderbolt? I'm wondering whether it would be worth the investment for a class 6 or 10 card for faster taking/loading of pictures and videos. If I'm not mistaken the 32gb card that comes with the TB is a class 4?
