My story: Been having repeated problems with the "certified like new devices" they keep sending me, and no it's not some made up issue. I've spent tons of time on the phone with customer service factory resetting and everything, and have even taken it to the verizon store where i left it with them for an hour so they could try to fix the problems and always in the end, they send me a replacement phone. I started having problems with this current phones usb port, after talking to customer service they said they would send me a replacement. As soon as i took the phone out of the box, i slid the slider open and it was ridiculously loose, so I called verizon and they said they would send another. I received the next replacement this morning and it was exactly the same issue with the slider. Called them back, and told the guy what was the problem, he apologized repeatedly, and was all around a very nice guy (unlike others i have talked to). Just as soon as i told him the problem he asked if i really needed a keyboard, i told him i really never use it at all, then he asked if i wanted to try the incredible, of course I said Yes. So he's overnighting it to me now.
On a side note, me and this guy got to talking about pretty much everything phone related, and he started talking about the Ipad coming soon. So i said that i had heard the Iphone was coming to verizon and asked if he knew anything about it. He said that from what his bosses have said was that they were trying as hard as they could to get it, and that they took on the Ipad to try to establish some type of relationship with apple. Take it for what it's worth I guess.
