Let me know if you have any issues with this file.

I recommend using Root Explorer... Navigate to /system/app/ ... and delete the MessagesWidget.apk file that is in there. Then bootstrap recovery and reboot... Then install this zip.

I mashed up r3eds and 928 together using 7zip... so all credit goes to them~
Heres the framework if u want to see it also... i had to tweak a few things because the font disappeared on a few screens so i pulled from nextheme and here it that.....

I got it to work by removing the services.jar with 7-zip before installing

From the zip file? Or is this on the phone itself in the system folder? When I ran it as-is I bricked the phone and had a great deal of "fun" getting it back

Bricking a phone is hard to do... what did you do? LOL
remove the services.jar under the framework folder, then add to the root of ur sd card, bootstrap, backup , then install zip.... that Should work. SHOULD key word~ my phones weird and it has been known to take roms and themes that it shouldnt.

It's flashing the system-only 2.3.340 .sbf now. I removed services.jar from the framework folder then used clockwork to run the zip. The phone would then hang at the M forever.

Did I miss a step? Themeing is really new to me-- I just put on this one and liked it so much I didn't look into it any more.

go back to clockwork and preform a factory data reset....

and did you mount system and mount data before installing?

need help

i have a rooted DX and i am have the black glass theme but for some reason i cant do the OTA (3.3.340) and my facebook cant update also to the new one (1.5) any help will be great thanks

ON 928's page you will find back to stock, that should fix things so you can install 2.3.340 update. As for facebook i'd just purchase root explorer and navigate to system/app folder also check if its in data/app folder then delete the facebook thats there manually. then if you like the black one install the one from post one on the link i'll add below. If you want the stock white one install from market.
